美國食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局FDA(U.S.FoodandDrugAdministration）www.fda.gov美國食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局（FDA，U.S.FoodandDrugAdministration）為直屬美國健康及人類服務(wù)部（DHHS）管轄的聯(lián)邦政府機(jī)構(gòu)，其主要職能為負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)美國國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)及進(jìn)口的食品、膳食補(bǔ)充劑、藥品、疫苗、生物醫(yī)藥制劑、血液制劑、醫(yī)學(xué)設(shè)備、放射性設(shè)備、獸藥和化妝品進(jìn)行監(jiān)督管理 ，同時(shí)也負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行公共健康法案(thePublicHealthServiceAct)的第361號(hào)條款，包括公共衛(wèi)生條件及州際旅行和運(yùn)輸?shù)臋z查、對(duì)于諸多產(chǎn)品中可能存在的疾病的控制等等。TheFoodandDrugAdministration(FDAorUSFDA)isanagencyoftheUnitedStatesDepartmentofHealthandHumanServices,oneoftheUnitedStatesfederalexecutivedepartments,responsibleforprotectingandpromotingpublichealththroughtheregulationandsupervisionoffoodsafety,tobaccoproducts,dietarysupplements,prescriptionandover-the-counterpharmaceuticaldrugs(medications),vaccines,biopharmaceuticals,bloodtransfusions,medicaldevices,electromagneticradiationemittingdevices(ERED),veterinaryproducts,andcosmetics.
