英國食品工業(yè)與海洋細菌菌種保藏中心NCIMB(NationalCollectionsofIndustrial,FoodandMarineBacterial) www.ncimb.comNCIMB主要從事分類學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)的研究和采用冷凍干燥方法保藏菌種。該保藏中心保藏有細菌8500株，抗菌素70株。另外該中心提供如下服務(wù)：細菌、抗生素、質(zhì)粒的分離；細菌（非致病細菌）的鑒定；保藏細菌、酵母、質(zhì)粒等。 該中心保藏的菌種可出售。NCIMBisaprofessionalmicrobiologycompany.Sincethe1940’swehavebeenbuildingandmanagingwhatisnowthelargestindustrial,marineandfoodculturecollectionintheUK.Wehaveprovidedacomprehensiverangeofcommercialmicrobiologyservicestodiversesectorswithinindustrysince1983.Ourservicesareallfoundedonourheritageofmanaging,understandingandexploitingbacteriaforthecommercialbenefitofourcustomers.Theseservicesrangefromculturemaintainenceandpreservationthroughmicrobiologicalandchemicalidentificationandanalysis,tothesupportofnoveldiscoveryresearch.Wealsopioneercutting-edgemulti-partymicrobiologyR&Dcollaborations.
