Light-Dark Test 光暗測試

The Light-Dark Test is widely used to measure anxiety-like behavior in rodents and based on a conflict between the natural aversion of brightly illuminated areas and on their spontaneous exploratory behavior in novel environments. The test is sensitive to anxiolytic drug treatment. Light-Dark Tests are also possible in the TSE PhenoMaster System.
