一、概述Outline
QJ(D/S)RB精小型氣動保溫O型切斷球閥是由阿斯塔氣動活塞式執行機構和夾層整體鑄造閥體組成。閥芯為圓柱通孔球體。
該產品閥座設計成具有像彈簧一樣的回彈作用而形成雙撓性閥座，確保了球體密封的可靠性。同時介質壓力與上游端撓性結構的回彈力又增加了下游端閥座的密封。撓性結構又自動補償閥座的磨損及溫度和壓力變化，提高了使用壽命。
該產品具有易拆裝維修、外形整潔、體積小巧、保溫效果好等優點。能廣泛應用于易結晶及粘稠的流體，并能滿足各種需要保溫介質的場合。如含蠟質、瀝青較多的石油等被控介質，防止介質的結晶，確保自控系統高效運轉。
