XNR-400A溶融指數儀適用于《GB/T3682-2000熱塑性塑料熔體
質量流動速率和熔體體積流動速率的測定》標準中對規(guī)定的熱塑
性塑料熔體質量流動速率的測定,本標準等同采用了ISO 1133：1997
的規(guī)定。 主體為臺式結構、設計合理性能穩(wěn)定、外形美觀、操作
方便,采用了、高控制儀表具有采樣高,控制速率快的特
點,使用了模糊的PID算法進行恒溫控制。

XNR-400B型熔體流動速率測定儀是根據GB/T 3682的試驗方法，用于測定熱塑性高聚物在高溫下的流動性，如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚甲醛、ABS樹脂、聚碳酸酯、尼龍氟塑料等高聚物。XNR-400B型采用工業(yè)PLC可編程控制器，液晶操作平臺，溫度部分采用單獨的溫度單元，LED數碼顯示。該機自動控溫從操作方法上分為手動、時控、自動三種切料方式,能夠實現質量法（MFR）和體積法（MVR）兩種試驗方法；該機能夠測得原料在試驗溫度下的熔融密度，系統(tǒng)同時具有溫度校準功能。
