日本Clintex 標準粒子的大小從0.17 mm到15.6mm，濃度范圍是1000顆/ml和10000顆/ml兩種。顆粒大小都能追溯到National Research Laboratory of Metrology (NRLM), International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM), and National Institute of Standard and Technology USA (NIST). 其中10.4mm的Clintex的顆粒可用于日本藥典（JP test）的針劑測試。也是驗收和校驗液體顆粒計數器所必須的標準物質.
