2、本系列產品為鑄鋁合金外殼，鋁合金為ZL102符合國家標準。產品殼體采用燃油、高溫、恒溫壓鑄成型工藝，壓鑄產品表面光滑，外形美觀大方，金屬結構致密度高，外殼結構內部無氣泡、無砂眼，抗沖擊性能增強(鑄鋁合金的抗拉強度為原來的近2倍，硬度為原來的近1.5倍，密度比原來也有所增加)，產品外殼防爆性能好，產品上有壓制的性防爆標志。

10、配電箱內部導線采用OT接線端子冷壓接，并穿有套管進行絕緣處理，接線端子采用專用帶防松瓦墊緊固，確保電氣性能的穩定性，接線端子上有明確的進出線編號或標識。
