K5系列機床控制變壓器是我公司引進德國新型變壓器系列，在國內K3系列變壓器的基礎上，經過多年來進一步吸收國外同類產品，并優選國外方法的接線端子結構，將端子與骨架結合在一起，使護等級，偶然觸及電路，采用國內IT冷壓接線端子，接線方式可以使接線密集程度。

 變壓器800VA及以下1000VA、1600VA豎式結構的硅鋼片與硅鋼片之間連接、硅鋼片與底板連接均采用氣體保護氬弧焊，形成一個整體，簡捷明了，尤其是底板性成型，安裝尺寸較K3系列更為準確，而采用優質腐合金材料，大大了接地性能的性，了產品質量，該產品合VDE0550、IEC204-1、IE39、/T5555、GB5226等有關國際、標準，并榮獲歐共體“CE”，美國“UL”。可與國外產品互換使用。

  K5系列機床控制變壓器適用于交流50~60Hz，輸入電壓不過1000V,輸出額定電壓不過380V，作為各行業的機械設備，一般電器控制電源和工作，信號燈的電源之用。
