  落球沖擊試驗儀主要是用來測定塑料、玻璃、建筑材料、陶瓷、涂料復合材料等試驗樣片施加沖擊力以求取破壞該材料所需沖擊能量。還可以對同種材料進行沖擊對比試驗。該機設計合理性能穩定，沖擊高度可手動來自由選擇。是生產企業和質檢部門等行業進行產品質量檢測的備設備。遵循原理：用規定質量的鋼球沖擊試件表面，確定試件表面是否出現裂紋和大于規定直徑的壓痕。
