一、用途 Application

  該產品是在吸收國內外技術的基礎上開發的新一代檢測電線、電纜的橡皮塑料護套層缺陷的設備。由上海電纜研究所監制，并經上海電線電纜測試設備檢測站檢測，各項技術指標均B/T4278.10-93標準的規定，滿足GB3048標準使用條件。

This product is the new special equipment for detecting the defects in the rubber plastic sheath of wire and electric cable with the istance of the advanced technology at home and abroad. Supervised by Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute and tested by Shanghai electric cable equipments special test station, the technical indicators meet the B/T4278.10-93 standards and the use conditions of GB3048 standards.

二、結構特點 Structural features

  該機具有高的過載能力，擊穿點明顯，擊穿靈敏度小于600μA，設有自動計數，自動報警，在線復繞選擇、輸出控制觸點等功能。

This tester owns such functions as high overload capacity, obvious breakdown point, and the sensitivity of the highest breakdown less than 600μA, automatic counting, automatic alarming, online double wrap selection and output control contact.
