無刷自控電機(jī)軟起動器是將起動電阻直接安裝在電動機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)軸上，利用電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)時產(chǎn)生的離心力作為動力，控制起動電阻的大小，達(dá)到減少電機(jī)起動電流、增加起動轉(zhuǎn)矩，使繞線式異步電動機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)無刷自控運(yùn)行的裝置。它主要由機(jī)殼、起動液、動極板、彈簧、接線柱、安全閥、排氣閥等構(gòu)成。該起動器具有起動電流小，起動轉(zhuǎn)矩大，自動適應(yīng)電源及負(fù)載的變化，保護(hù)電機(jī)等特點(diǎn)。廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金、機(jī)械、石油、化工、礦山、建材、造紙、橡膠、水廠、電站等所有工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的球磨機(jī)、破碎機(jī)、風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵、打漿機(jī)、空壓機(jī)、軋機(jī)、熱磨機(jī)、制氧機(jī)等電機(jī)傳動設(shè)備中繞線式異步電動機(jī)的起動。它可以代替繞線電機(jī)的滑環(huán)、碳刷及其起動裝置。 It is to install the starting resistanceShielding=Verdana>產(chǎn)品優(yōu)點(diǎn) 起動器采用無刷無環(huán)運(yùn)行，操作簡單，安裝拆卸方便，可大大減少維修費(fèi)用，并可根據(jù)機(jī)械負(fù)載的特性，自動改變起動電阻的大小，調(diào)節(jié)起動轉(zhuǎn)矩和起動電流，使電動機(jī)處于起動狀態(tài)。
能在保持電機(jī)起動轉(zhuǎn)矩不變的情況下，使起動電流從7Ie降到1.6Ie，并能以轉(zhuǎn)矩起動電機(jī)。它由電阻起動裝置發(fā)展而來，具有如下創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)：
1、徹底根除使用滑環(huán)、碳刷時所造成的各種危害。去掉傳統(tǒng)、復(fù)雜的起動裝置，操作方便，并可減少維修費(fèi)用。
2、節(jié)省安裝空間和二次回路電纜，減少起動裝置的功率消耗，節(jié)約了電能。
3、起動控制由起動器根據(jù)電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速自動完成，徹底避免了其它起動裝置不能根據(jù)負(fù)載的大小，自動跟蹤電機(jī)起動過程而造成電機(jī)或起動器損壞等不良現(xiàn)象。
4、電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中，如出現(xiàn)堵轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象，隨著電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的降低，起動器會自動投入運(yùn)行，達(dá)到增加電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩，減少起動電流的目的。
5、克服了定子控制式電機(jī)軟起動器的起動轉(zhuǎn)矩與起動電流的平方成正比這一缺陷，在降低電機(jī)起動電流的同時，增加電機(jī)起動轉(zhuǎn)矩，并能以轉(zhuǎn)矩起動電機(jī)，采用無刷運(yùn)行，去掉了傳統(tǒng)、 繁瑣、多觸點(diǎn)元件組成的起動裝置，其起動裝置的功率損耗及電機(jī)的起動時間比定子控制式電機(jī)軟起動器減少10倍以上，但起動器的綜合價格不及其它軟起動器的1/3。
6、起動電阻直接安裝在電動機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)軸上，利用電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)時產(chǎn)生離心力作為動力，控制電阻的大小，達(dá)到減少電機(jī)起動電流、增加起動轉(zhuǎn)矩，實(shí)現(xiàn)無刷自控運(yùn)行的目的。
7、采用防銹、防變質(zhì)、防凍(冰點(diǎn)心-25℃)、防沸(沸點(diǎn)為120 ℃)的四防起動液，提高起動器的使用壽命。
8、設(shè)置安全排氣閥，在電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到額定轉(zhuǎn)速后，自動打開排氣閥，保證起動器的安全可靠運(yùn)行。 The start is easy to operate and install, which can reduce the expense of repire. it can take the motor to the best situation under adjusting the resistance 、torque and current.

1、先拆下電動機(jī)的護(hù)罩、滑環(huán)、碳刷、刷盒、刷盒支架及短路環(huán)裝置(有的電機(jī)無短路環(huán)裝置)等全部零件。
2、拆卸滑環(huán)時，為防止后來接線時發(fā)生差錯，應(yīng)將同一相的兩根導(dǎo)線捆在一起。
3、用游標(biāo)卡尺，分別測量電機(jī)的軸徑和起動器的孔徑、鍵寬、鍵高等尺寸是否相同，如有差異，應(yīng)及時同本公司聯(lián)系，以求解決。
4、在軸上涂少許潤滑脂或機(jī)油，將起動器鍵槽對準(zhǔn)軸上的鍵 位置，然后用銅棒將起動器輕輕地敲擊到裝配位置，并用鋼絲擋圈卡住，防止起動器軸向串動。
5、裝配時，切忌亂敲亂打，以免造成內(nèi)部零件損壞或漏液。起動器裝配完成后，將轉(zhuǎn)子的出線接在起動器接線柱對應(yīng)位置(對于有六根出線的電動機(jī)，應(yīng)將同一相的兩根導(dǎo)線，接在同一色的兩個接線柱上)即可，具體接線如下圖所示。 - INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
1、Removing all parts of cover、rings、carbon brush、brush box、brush box shell and short circuit ring equipment(some motor have no short circuit ring equipment).
2、In order to avoid the mistake when remove rings, it should to bond two conductor trace line of same phase.
3、To measure the hole diameter、width and heightof key by vernier caliper, if there is any discrepancy, pls do not hesitate to contact us.
4、Greasing a little of lubricating, machine oilShielding=Verdana> 1、無刷自控電機(jī)軟起動器內(nèi)的元件除電阻在起動時會發(fā)熱外，其它均不會發(fā)熱，本裝置按免維護(hù)設(shè)計，請不要自行將外蓋打開，以免損壞起動器內(nèi)的元件。
2、當(dāng)起動器內(nèi)的液體低于規(guī)定液面時，應(yīng)補(bǔ)充起動液至規(guī)定的液面。
3、安全排氣閥是保證電機(jī)起動過程中，不向外噴液的重要部件，它在電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到額定轉(zhuǎn)速時，會自動打開，保證起動器內(nèi)的壓力與大氣壓一致，因此，請用戶不要自行調(diào)整。 - OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
1、Beside the resistance, other component of starter will not hot when starting, in order to avoid harming the component, pls do not open the cover, for its desing is maintenance free.
2、When the liquid is below than the requetment, it should to complement the liquid to the stated surface.
3、The safty exguasting valve is to gurantee the motor will not spray liquid during starting. it will open when the speed reach the rated. to keep the pressure f starter same as atmospheric pressure, so the custumer will not adjust by themselves. - 結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸STRUCTURE AND SIZE
