| ◎閘閥，也叫閘板閥、閘門閥是指關(guān)閉件（閘板）沿通路中心線的垂直方向移動的閥門。用于接通或截斷介質(zhì)。 ◎Gate valve is a valve with the disk moving vertical with the centre-axis of valve seat when it works. It's mainly used in connecting and stopping medium. 優(yōu)點： 1、流體阻力小 2、開閉所需外力較小 3、介質(zhì)的流向不受限制 4、全開時，密封面工作介質(zhì)的沖蝕比截止閥小。 Advantages: 1.Small resistance with the fluid. 2.Small force is needed when open and close the valve. 3.Unlimited direction of flow medium. 4.Resistance between the working medium and the sealing surface is smaller than that of stop valve's when the valve is opened completely. |

◎閘閥應用建議 Suggestions on Application of Gate Valve 1、管螺紋連接的閘閥與管端的管螺紋相連接須控制管端外長度尺寸，以免管端過量旋入以致頂壓閘閥管螺紋內(nèi)端面，造成閥座變形而影響密封性。 2、黃銅閘閥的公稱壓力：1.6MPa，2.0MPa，金屬密封的介質(zhì)溫度: -20℃~180℃。當閘閥用于飽和蒸汽時，飽和蒸汽壓力≤0.6MPa。 3、為延長閘閥的使用壽命，閘閥應作全開和全關(guān)使用，不宜部分開啟作節(jié)流使用，因為部分開啟時，流動著的介質(zhì)會沖蝕密封面，從而影響密封性。 4、 硬密封不宜裝在終端。 1、IIf the gate valve with pipe thread connection is connected with the pipe threads on the pipe end, it is necessary to control the external length of the pipe end in order to avoid excessive screwing in, which will pressurize internal end face of the pipe threads of the gate valve and result in deforming of the valve seat and damage its sealing performance. 2、NNominal pressure of brass gate valve is 1.6MPa ，2.0MPa，medium temperature for metal seal is -20℃~180℃. When the gate valve is used for saturated steam, the pressure of the saturated steam should be ≤0.6MPa. 3、TTo increase the service life of a gate valve, it should be fully opened or closed instead of partial opening for throttling purpose, as when it is partially open, the flowing medium will erode the ball and sealing surface and thus affect the sealing performance. 4、Hard seal is unsuitable to be mounted at the terminal. |
