Operational Instructions
Before Weighing:
Whenever possible, please allow the scale to warm up for 30 seconds after turning the power on, so that the scale can function properly and accurately. Require 2pcs*AAA Batteries. (Not included).
Weighing Procedures:
1. Press the ① button to turn the scale ON; and Press it for 3 seconds to turn the scale OFF.
When power is turned on, all display segments will appear on the screen for a few seconds and finally “0” will appear on the display.
2. Select the weighing unit with [UNIT].
Press [UNIT] to select a weighing unit: “kg” or “lb” or “oz” or “N” and “℃”. Once the unit has been selected, the selected unit will be displayed above the weight value. This model is with Temperature display.
3. Start weighing.
a. If you do not use a container for weighing:
? Verify the reading is “0”. If not, press button “①” to display “0”.
? Place objects on the weighing strap to weigh.
? Lift the object from the ground until hearing the beep sound, this indicates that the weight has been locked and displayed. Put the object down, and read the weight data.
b. If you use a bag or other containers for weighing:
? Place an empty container on the strap and proceed to weigh it. Wait for the stability weighing value to be displayed, and press “①”to display “0”;
? Place the objects into the container.
? Lift the object from the ground until hearing beep sound. This indicates that the weight has been locked and displayed. Set the object down and read the weight.
Error Messages:
O-Ld: overload. (Max.:100lb/44kg) Ld: Low battery.
WARNINGS:
1. The screen can stop functioning properly if mistreated or hit,
2. If the strap shows any signs of wear and/or break, please stop using the scale.
3. When lifting the object with scale, please use the same precautions as any other objects. Do not exceed its max. capacity.
4. When securing the strap, please keep your fingers outside the clip.
5. Please keep the handle in horizontal. The tilt will influnce its precision.
6. Do not leave the batteries inside the scale for long periods without use.
