CFH-70/240穿刺式防弧線夾 

一、產品介紹

CFH 型防弧線夾是一種新型結構的產品，其主要安裝在線路絕緣子的負荷側，具有防止10-20KV 架空導線雷擊斷線功能。安裝施工方便，性能可靠，為電力部門提供了一條投資少收效大的有效措 施。根據用戶需要采用剝皮型的非穿刺式防弧線夾型號為：CFH-50/240B； 穿刺式防弧線夾型號為： CFH-50/240。

二、CFH-70/240穿刺式防弧線夾結構特點

?主要由絕緣護罩、壓緊螺母、穿刺壓塊、線夾座、引弧棒和絕緣套管等組成。

?引弧棒和線夾座裝配連接咸體，當雷擊發生時，引弧棒和絕緣子（或橫擔）金屬件之間放電，使續流工頻電弧 移動到引弧棒上燒灼，從而保護絕緣導線不受損傷。

?CFH-50/240型穿刺式防弧線夾具有穿刺式的刺齒構造，安裝施工方便，不需剝除絕緣導線絕緣層，避免線芯進 水和腐蝕，臧輕操作人員的勞動強度。

?能耐受多次工頻大電流電弧的燒灼

五、穿刺式防弧線夾CFH-70/240安裝方法

1本產品安裝在線路絕緣子（例如P-15柱式絕緣子）的負荷側，剝皮型的按示圖2要剝開絕緣層6580mm左右， 把防弧線夾緊固在導線上，穿刺式的夾線方式有2種 (1)力矩螺母的緊固方法將絕緣導線盡量平行卡進線夾槽 內，先用手擰緊力矩螺母，再用套筒扳手交替均勻擰緊至力矩螺母頂端脫落為止。(2)根據導線截面積及天氣溫度 設定扭力扳手扭力值2635Nm，用扭力扳手交替、對稱擰緊2個壓力螺母，用肉眼檢查導線絕緣層貼緊線夾弧 槽，看不見剌齒根都即可。然后擰緊備緊螺母，防止壓力螺母松動。

2安裝時按示圖及放電間隙安裝尺寸表調整本產品和線路絕緣子之間的距離。

3絕緣護罩安裝在線夾座的外部，用固定扣固定絕緣護罩。（具體請參照產品安裝說明書
